What types of food do you offer?
In
addition to the foods listed on our brochure, we will gladly custom design a menu
to suit your special requests. From classic to contemporary, traditional to international,
our repertoire is endless.

How long have you been in business?
Bacio
began as a fresh pasta and ravioli company back in 1984 serving local and regional
markets. In 1989 we became Bacio Catering and the company flourished. Combining
years of experience in food, service and design, our reputation is unsurpassed
in the North Valley.

How much do you charge?
At
Bacio Catering, we are proud of our reputation for excellent food, services and
presentation. Our prices are on a per person basis and can vary with location,
levels of service, numbers of guests and of course, menu selection. We invite
you in for a free consultation to establish what your needs may be and to work
within your budget.
4.
What's included in your price?
Years
of experience in planning and coordinating weddings make us consultants as well.
Establishing a time line, designing a floor plan, cutting and serving your cake,
passing champagne for your toast, cleaning up . . . we attend to details too numerous
to list!

What about tables and chairs?

. . and china, flatware, glassware . . . Absolutely! Everyone's needs are different.
We calculate what your specific needs will be, order the proper amounts and take
care of delivery and pick up.

Is serving staff included?
Yes.
Our friendly and courteous staff is always professionally dressed and ready to
offer you and your guests a pleasurable dining experience.
7.
Is your kitchen inspected? Are you insured?
Yes!
. . . a very important and often overlooked question. Every caterer must have
a permit to operate a food facility. Our large commercial kitchen complies with
Health Department regulations and is regularly inspected by local health officials.
Of course we carry workers compensation for all of our employees and business
liability insurance.

Will there be enough food for my guests?
Each
job that we do is a reflection on our good reputation. We always provide more
than enough food and have never had the unfortunate experience of running out.
9.
Can you supply us with references?
Yes.
Our work extends well beyond wedding receptions to include intimate gatherings
and large corporate functions. We are proud of our excellent reputation and will
gladly provide references upon request.
10.
Can you help us find a good belly dancer?
Maybe
not the most frequently asked question. . . but, yes we can! And bakers, florists,
photographers and musicians . . . we can coordinate your entire reception from
start to finish!
